KSA SAMPLE

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Here is a sample of a KSA statement, the additional statement often required when applying for many federal job positions. The KSA sample illustrates the depth and detail necessary in these 3/4 to 2-page statements. They can be difficult to complete properly and good KSAs are required to help obtain the "best qualified" status that leads to coveted job interviews. KSAs may be referred to as Selective Factors, Key Elements, TQs, technical qualification statements, KSAOs, and knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics.

Contact us for help in preparing your federal resume package with complete KSA statements.
